This unique course is designed to suit those who want to teach a range of Health and Food Safety qualifications, that are nationally accredited, and for those who are seeking an alternative career in Health and Food Safety.

Nuco’s accredited and approved 5-day Health & Food Safety Compliance course will give you the following qualifications, for which you will receive certificates issued by an Ofqual and SQA regulated awarding organisation, upon completion of the course:

Level 3 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
Level 2 Award in Good Nutrition
Level 2 Award in Manual Handling – Principles and Practice
Level 2 Award in Fire Safety

In addition, if you have a teaching qualification (Level 3 or above), this would equip and enable you to deliver training for the following courses:

Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace

THE MILITARY

Certification

Assessment is by multiple-choice question papers. Certificates are issued by an Ofqual regulated awarding body and qualifications are life-long, although refresher training is always recommended.

Numbers

A maximum of 16 students can be accommodated on this course and all candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to qualify.
